CHARLES MANSON'S TYPEWRITER FOR SALE: $1,000

THIS TYPEWRITER WAS FOUND BY A PRISONER WHO WAS AT CORCORAN PRISON IN CALIFORNIA. IT WAS IN A TRASH PILE.  HE TOOK IT, COVERED OVER THE CDCR ENGRAVING WITH HIS OWN NAME/CDCR # AND USED IT UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN PARTS GAVE OUT AND HE COULDN'T AFFORD TO BUY NEW PARTS FOR IT. THE ENGRAVING IS CONSISTENT WITH OTHER ITEMS I HAVE SEEN FROM THE CDCR AND IT WAS MAILED TO ME DIRECTLY FROM THE PRISON.
I HAD THIS LISTED ON eBAY AND THEY TOOK IT DOWN BECAUSE IT VIOLATES THEIR POLICY WHICH READS AS FOLLOWS:
